What Do You Want to Read? Should We Dig Deeper or Break New Ground?

Hey there, friend! 👋

I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on the kinds of topics that really resonate with people and spark growth. Whether it’s healing old wounds, understanding our inner world, or breaking new ground, these conversations matter. But now, I want to hear from YOU. 🌟 What’s the one topic you wish someone would explore more deeply? Or, is there something new we should break into?

Here are a few areas I’m interested in and can dig deeper into:

  • Childhood Trauma/CPTSD: How our early experiences shape us and how we can heal those deep wounds that still impact our lives today.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): This powerful therapeutic approach helps us understand the different parts of ourselves. It’s all about connecting with our inner world in a meaningful way and healing from within.
  • Compulsive Behavior: From addiction to overeating or any other compulsive habit, we can explore the roots of these behaviors and how to build healthier habits.
  • Unhealthy Coping Mechanisms: Let’s dive into how we manage stress and pain with coping mechanisms that might not serve us—and how to shift toward healthier patterns.
  • Codependency: Let’s talk about finding balance in relationships, setting boundaries, and breaking the cycle of seeking external validation.
  • Religious Trauma: Many of us have deep wounds from religious environments. We can talk about healing from those wounds and finding freedom on our own terms.
  • Sexual Shame: How do we move past the shame we carry around our sexuality and embrace a healthier, more accepting view of ourselves?
  • ADHD/Neurodivergence: Let’s explore the unique challenges and strengths that come with ADHD and neurodivergence, and how to thrive in a world built for neurotypical minds.
  • Connection and Friendship: In a world that can feel disconnected, how do we create meaningful relationships and truly connect with others?
  • Finding Purpose: What lights you up? How can we discover—or rediscover—our purpose and live in alignment with it?
  • Self-Compassion: How can we learn to be kinder to ourselves and replace self-criticism with love and understanding, even in moments when we feel we fall short?
  • Self-Connection: What does it mean to truly connect with ourselves on a deeper level? How can we cultivate practices that allow us to listen to our inner voice and live authentically?

Maybe there’s something completely different that’s been on your mind? I’d love to know what you’re most interested in. Let’s create a space where we explore, ask the hard questions, and grow together.

Drop a comment or send me a message—I’d love to hear your thoughts. 💬

Stay connected, stay curious, and let’s keep the conversation going.

In compassionate support,
