IFS Coaching & Guided Inner Work
Sometimes the deepest longing is not for therapy, but simply for reconnection.
Reconnection to your authentic self.
To your emotions, creativity, desire, and inner clarity.
To the parts of you that may have been hidden beneath roles, conditioning, survival strategies, or the pressure to constantly perform for others.
Many people reach a point where they are no longer simply seeking symptom reduction or traditional psychotherapy. They may already have a therapist, feel emotionally stable in their daily life, or want a different kind of support focused on deeper self-exploration, transformation, embodiment, relationships, purpose, or spiritual growth.
IFS Coaching offers a different kind of space.
A space that is collaborative, experiential, and growth-oriented.
A space to slow down, listen inwardly, and develop greater Self-leadership, authenticity, and connection.
In addition to psychotherapy services, I offer IFS-informed coaching and guided inner work for individuals seeking meaningful personal transformation outside of a psychotherapy relationship.
This work is deeply informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, self-compassion practices, and my many years of experience supporting emotional healing and personal growth. Sessions may include parts work, guided experiential exercises, relational exploration, and deeper inquiry into the patterns, protective strategies, and inner dynamics shaping your life.
