Group Openings for Men in California & Washington
Most men were never taught how to talk about what they actually feel.
They were taught to hold it in.
Hold it together.
Stay strong.
Keep moving.
Figure it out alone.
But what happens to a man when he has no safe place to be fully heard or seen?
Over time, pain can turn into numbness. Loneliness can become normal. Shame can stay hidden. And the deeper parts of a man’s inner life — his grief, desire, fear, anger, tenderness, sexuality, longing, and need for connection — can get pushed underground.
My Men’s Connection Group offers something different.
It is a confidential, supportive online therapy group where men can be real, connect deeply, and do meaningful inner work together. I’ve been leading this ongoing group for the past 7 years, and I’m continually inspired by the honesty, courage, and depth the men bring each week.
In this group, men can talk openly about emotions, build real connection with other men, learn IFS-based skills for self-awareness and healing, and receive support around sexuality, shame, trauma, relationships, recovery, masculinity, and personal growth.
This is not a space where men have to perform, impress, compete, or pretend to have it all together.
It is a place to practice being more fully and authentically yourself — with support, structure, and care.
This group is LGBTQIA+ and trans-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and sex-positive. All men are welcome, including trans men and cis men.

I currently have openings for men in California and Washington. The group meets online.
