🎄A Forest Christmas Wish (Poem) 🎄

Oh, hello, my dear friends, both far and quite near,
It’s time for some rhymes to bring holiday cheer!
This season, I’m pausing, reflecting, and seeing,
How grateful I am for each human being.

The year’s been a journey of growth and connection,
Of healing, of joy, and some deep introspection.
From laughter to lessons, from heartbreak to mending,
Each moment, a gift—our stories unending.

So here comes my wish (it’s from deep in my heart),
For you and your loved ones, wherever you are:
May you find your Self—calm and kind—at your core,
And love all your parts, even those you ignore.

May your days be authentic, unfiltered, and free,
May your joy flow like rivers, as vast as the sea.
May your moments feel sacred, your laughter ring true,
And your soul light the world like it’s meant to do.

I’m sending you warmth, as bright as a flame,
Whether you celebrate Christmas or not by that name.
This season’s for love, for connection, for being,
For gifts of the heart and the magic of seeing.

So thank you, my friends, for just being you,
For the light that you bring and the love shining through.
And if life feels heavy, just know you’re not wrong—
We’ll stumble together and still sing our song.

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night,
May your days sparkle brightly, your hearts feel so light.
Let’s toast to the moments, the joy and the pain,
For life’s not about perfect—it’s simply to gain.

With love and a grin, I bid you adieu,
This Forest is grateful, so grateful for YOU. 🌟

In compassionate support,
Forest Benedict, LMFT
