We are in unprecedented times.

Like me, you may feel a number of emotions. Fear. Panic. Grief. Anger. Uncertainty. Hopelessness. Helplessness.

Whatever feelings you’re experiencing inside, may you be good to them. May you respond to each inner cry with deep compassion and sincere care. Our inner parts need us right now. May we pay attention to their pain and learn to love them well.
