This is one of my favorite videos about change. Dr Kelly McGonigal (Standford) shares the science behind willpower. Learn simple interventions that help people maintain their goals. Learn how self-care (exercise, healthy eating, etc) strengthens your ability to make significant changes. Topics include addiction, self-compassion, & self-control. This is a great introduction to Kelly McGonigal – who has excellent resources that are science based and promote change & growth. Enjoy!
