Big News: Licensed in WA, Certified in IFS, and Launching My Sex Coaching Practice

I’m thrilled to announce three major milestones in my professional journey—and each one represents a deeper commitment to authentic, embodied healing.

  1. I’m officially licensed in Washington State as a Marriage and Family Therapist. This expansion allows me to serve therapy clients in both California and Washington, and opens doors for deeper, trauma-informed healing work with those navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and relational challenges.
  2. I’m now certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a powerful, evidence-based modality that’s been life-changing for my clients and deeply transformational in my own healing. IFS is the foundation of how I help people reconnect with themselves, heal trauma at the root, and live more freely.
  3. I’m launching a new sex coaching practice. This new path is about liberation, not performance. It’s about healing shame, embracing desire, and honoring the wild truth of who we are. I’ll be using IFS in this space too—to help clients unblend from internalized shame and connect more deeply with their desires as a trustworthy inner compass. This work includes explicit, real-world content drawn from my personal sexual healing journey—not from theory, but from lived experience. I’ve lived the repression. I’ve lived the awakening. And I’m turning it into something that can serve others: a space for real, raw, empowered sexual self-expression.

More details to come. But for now, know this: the era of hiding is over. It is time for embodied self-expression.

If you’re seeking a guide who’s walked the path of transformation—body, mind, and soul—I’m here.

Stay tuned. 🔥
