Religious Trauma Art for Inspiration

The journey from trauma to healing is a difficult one. We can feel lost, lonely, and hopeless at times as we try to find our way. It’s moments like these when encouragement, explanations, and insight can bring a sigh of relief. We are reminded of what we’ve survived, reassured about our inner strengths, and readied to push forward. A little inspiration can go a long way.

If you are caught up in the challenges of life, I invite you to check out the new Inspiration section of my website. I trust you will discover something there that adds value to your day and healing journey.

I love making creative content that inspires, encourages, and informs others about religious trauma, sexual shame, IFS, CPTSD, and healing. I primarily share my creations on InstagramTwitter, and Facebook but I am now collecting some of my art for inspiration on my website as well.

My new Inspiration page has more content you won’t want to miss. I also have many more creations I am saving to share soon. Stay tuned!

In support of your learning, healing, growing, and thriving,

Forest Benedict, LMFT
IFS & Religious Trauma Therapist
